Holding it all together is exhausting!
You’ve read the books. You’ve tried to meditate. You’ve even spent hours talking about your past in therapy.
And yet…
You still wake up with that tightness in your chest.
You still find yourself snapping at the smallest things.
You still feel like you’re managing your emotions instead of mastering them.
You’ve been told: “Just breathe. Just relax.”
But that advice doesn’t work when your nervous system is in survival mode.
That’s where The Psychology of Yoga comes in.
This isn’t about forcing meditation or never feeling stressed again - it’s about learning the language of your body and mastering your emotions, so you can finally feel safe and back in control of your well-being and your life.
In this course you'll:
Identify and overcome negative thinking
Reduce stress and anxiety
Optimise your sleep and rest
Re-program your mind
Build resilience to emotional turmoil
Identify and resolve your triggers
This isn’t about pretending you’re fine or forcing positivity.

Successful mental well-being is not about never having negative emotions or thoughts, it’s about pro-actively applying the skills you’ll learn on this course when they arise and being able to process them. When we are able to do this skillfully, we can operate in a world from response rather than reaction.
