Inhabit Meditation/The Psychology Of Yoga - 8 Week Course

HEALING WHEN EVERYTHING IS A MESS INSIDE

Holding it all together is exhausting!

You’ve read the books. You’ve tried to meditate. You’ve even spent hours talking about your past in therapy.

And yet…

You still wake up with that tightness in your chest.
You still find yourself snapping at the smallest things.
You still feel like you’re managing your emotions instead of mastering them.

You’ve been told: “Just breathe. Just relax.”
But that advice doesn’t work when your nervous system is in survival mode.

That’s where The Psychology of Yoga comes in.
This isn’t about forcing meditation or never feeling stressed again - it’s about learning the language of your body and mastering your emotions, so you can finally feel safe and back in control of your well-being and your life.

Testimonials

Pris

I took her 8-week course and it was enriched with evidence-based research and multi-disciplinary concepts. Each lesson starts with understanding the 'why' and 'how', and it ends with actual practice. I find this structure very conducive to learn. The practice itself was very effective for raising my self-awareness, and self-inquiry into my deeper thoughts and feelings. This led to me being able to quit smoking after 15 years, because I could drill down to the root cause of my habit and use meditation to develop new healthier habits. The practice is very accessible, and self-compassionate. It also improved my sleep over time. I highly recommend Davina's courses.

Angeline

Davina has such a calming aura and presence. I thoroughly enjoyed the meditation classes, and I find her teachings very useful yet accessible. Her meditation sessions have helped me to calm down, reduce my anxiety and sleep better too!

Kexin

I am a total newbie in terms of meditation and this experience was truly amazing for me. It helped me build on my awareness of my breathing habits, gave me tools to work on for stress relief and most importantly the awareness of how the mind and body works together contributing to better mental health.
